The Watch Multi™ is a suite-level electrical monitoring solution designed for condo and multi-residential EV charging applications where charger power allocation must be tied to individual residential unit meters. It monitors real-time electrical demand at each assigned condo unit feeder or meter and dynamically adjusts EV charger output based on the available capacity of the associated residential unit.

Designed for individually metered condos, multi-residential retrofit projects, and phased EV charging deployments, Watch Multi enables scalable EV charging in shared parking garages without requiring dedicated high-capacity feeder runs from suites to parking spaces.

A single system can monitor and manage up to 24 suites or mains, helping property owners support growing EV adoption while maximizing existing electrical infrastructure.
